RESOLUTION NO. 273
A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF EULESS,
TEXAS:
THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of the
proposed amandments, supplements, changes, modifications, or repeals
(hereinafter called "changes") to Ordinance No. 347, (Zoning Ordinance)
of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit "A" attached and
made a part of this resolution, the City Planning and Zoning Commission
is of the opinion and recommends that such changes be approved
by the City, Council.
2.
THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the City
Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation of the City
Planning and Zoning Commission.

North 89 degrees 47 minutes 37 seconds West, 7.18 feet to a point for
corner;
North 13 degrees 09 minutes East, 152.61 feet to a point .for corner;
North 76 degrees 51 minutes West 4.12 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE North 1.2 degrees 52 minutes 49 seconds East, 139.07 feet to a point for
corner.', same point being the Northeast corner of Lot 4, Block F, 2nd Tnstall_

feet .to a point; said point being the West right-of-way line of proposed
International Drive;
