RESOLUTION NO. 275
A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF EULESS,
TEXAS:
THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of the
proposed amandments, supplements, changes, modifications, or repeals
(hereinafter called "changes") to Ordinance No. 347, (Zoning Ordinance)
of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit "A" attached and
made a part of this resolution, the City Planning and Zoning Commission
is of the opinion and recommends that such changes be' approved
by the City. Council.
2.
THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the City
Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation of the City
Planning and Zoning Commission.

THAT the zoning classification of the following described property,
now zoned ''C-2'' Community Business District
be changed to ''L-1'' Limited Industrial District
The following described tract or parcel of land situated in the
John Grove Survey, A-599, Tarrant County, Texas and being more
particularly described as follows:
.BEGINNING about West a distance of 1281.2 feet, North a
distance of 30.0 feet, and N 00 31' E a distance of 753.62 feet
from the Southeast corner of the said John Grove Survey;
THENCE S 670 19' W a distance of 244.99 feet;
THENCE 00 31' E a distance of 326.39 feet to the southerly,
right-of-way line of State Highway No. 183;
THENCE N 67° 19' E along the southerly right-of-way line of
said State Highway No. 183 a distance of 238.05 feet;
THENCES 00 13' W a distance of 147.96 feet;
THENCE S 890 51' E a distance of 5.6 feet;
THENCE S 00 31' W a distance of 175.74 feet to place of beginning,
containing 1.667 acres or 72,6.01 square feet of land more or less.
