RESOLUTION NO. 322
A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
EULESS, TEXAS:
THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of
the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, or
repeals (hereinafter called "changes") to Ordinance No. 347,
(Zoning Ordinance) of .the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in
Exhibit "A" attached and made a part of this resolution, the
Planning and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recommends
that such changes be _proved by the City Council.
IT.
THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to
the City Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation
of the Planning and Zoning Commission.
ADOPTED this. 2nd day of June , 19 81.

BEGINNING at the northwest corner of said Campbell Tract, same being the southwest corner of the
above described Tract I, said corner is East 1286.11 feet and South 10 - 42' East 225.0 feet from
the northwest corner of said Huitt Survey;
THENCE East along the north line of said Co-pbell Tract 251 .07 feet to an iron pin for corner, same
being the southeast cornerdthe above described Tract I;
THENCE South I" - 54' East 238.0 feet to an iron pin for corner;
THENCE West 251 .` 2Teet to an iron pin for corner in the west line of said Campbell Trnct;
THENCE North I" - 42' West along the west line of said Tract 238.0 f yet to the point of beginning
and containing 59,862 Square Feet, more or less, or 1.374 Acres of Land.
