RESOLUTTON NO.
A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES IN ORDINANCE N0. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, "TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
EULESS, TEXAS:
THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of
the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, or
repeals (hereinafter called "changes") to Ordinance No. 34T,
(Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified it,
Exhibit "A" attached and made a part of this resolution, the
Planning and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recommends
that such changes be approved by the City Council.
II.
THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to
the City Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation
of the Planning and Zoning Commission.

THAT the zoning classific.atJon of the following described
property, now Zoned "PD" Planned Development
be changed to "PD" Planned Development with new development plans
for townhomes
The following described tract or parcel of land situated in the
J. E. Field Survey, A-540, Tarrant County, Texas, and being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING in the centerline of Glade Road (County Road No. 3036)
and being West a distance of 572.2 feet from the Northeast
corner of said J. E. Field Survey;
THENCE West along the centerline of said Glade Road (County
Road No. 3036) a distance of 516.89 feet;
THENCE S 00 22' 30" W a distance of 1318.56 feet to the center-
line of a 50 foot dedicated roadway (not open on the ground);
THENCE S 890 50' 15" E along the centerline of said 50 foot
dedicated roadway (not open on the ground) a distance of
519.76 feet;
THENCE. S 890 46' 10" E along the centerline of said 50 foot
dedicated roadway (not open on the ground) a distance of
465.26 feet to the centerline of North Main Street (County
Road No. 3129);
THENCE N 40.50' 55" E along the centerline of said North
Main Street (County Road No. 3129) a distance of 781.24 feet;
THENCE West a distance of 234.79 feet;
THENCE North a distance of 1.74.0 feet;
TIIENCE N 880 29' 20" W a distance of 291.38 feet;
THENCE N 00 05' E a distance of 361.79 feet to place of
beginning, containing 25.762 acres of land with approximately
0.775 acre being occupied by said Glade Road and North Main
Street leaving a net acreage of 24.987 acres of land more or
less.
