RESOLUTION NO. 28A
A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIh CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, 'TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
EULESS, TEXAS:
THAT after public hearing, careful study rind consideration of
the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, or
repeals (hereinafter called "changes") to Ordinance No. 347,
(Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, 'Texas, as specified in
Exhibit "A" attached and made a part of thi.s resolution, the
Planning and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recommends
that such changes be approved— by the City Council
II.
THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to
the City Council, and shall. constitute the report and recommendation
of the Planning and Zoning Commission.

EXHIBIT "A"
TIIAT the zoning classification of the following described
property, now zoned "C-2" CommunitV Business District and
"R-l" Single-Familv Dwelling District
be changed to "PD" Planned Development
Being a tract or parcel of land situated in the City of Euless,
Tarrant County, Texas, and being out of the T. Jasper Survey,
Abstract 861, and being part of a 35.74 acre tract of land as
recorded in Volume 6387, Page 202, of the Deed Records of Tarrant
County, Texas; and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point for corner in the southerly right-of-way line
of State Highway 183, said point also being the northeasterly corner
of Tract 5D1 as recorded in Volume 6735, Page 328, of the Deed
Records of Tarrant County, Texas;.
THENCE North 890 53' 40" East along said southerly right-of-way
line of State Highway 183 a distance of 350.00 feet to a point
for corner;
THENCE South 00 51' 30" East a distance of 525.00 feet to a point
for corner;
THENCE South 890 53' 40" West a distance of 739.87 feet to a point
for corner;
THENCE North 00 51' 30" West a distance of 98.78 feet to a point
for corner;
THENCE North 890 41' 09" East a distance of 389.85 feet to a point
for corner;
THENCE North 00 51' 30" West a distance of 424.80 feet to the
POINT OF BEGINNING and containing 222,519 square feet, more or
less, or 5.1083 acres.
