A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
EULESS, TEXAS:
THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of
the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, or
repeals (hereinafter called "changes") to Ordinance No. 347,
(Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in
Exhibit "A" attached and made a part of this resolution, the
Planning and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recommends
that such changes be

by the City Council.
THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to
the City Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation
of the Planning and Zoning Commission.

EXHIBIT "A"
THAT the zoning classification of the following described
property, now zoned "C-2" Community Biisinpss District
be changed .t o "C-2" with "SP" Community Business District with
Specific Use Permit for Commercial Amusements, Dance Hall & Pool Hall
The following described tract or parcel of land being a portion
of Tract A, WILSHIRE VILLAGE SHOPPING CENTER, to the City of
Euless, Tarrant County, Texas, according to plat recorded on
Page 7 of Volume 388-95 in the Tarrant County Deed Records and
being more particularly described as follows.
BEGINNING S 890 26' W a distance of 38.3 feet and S 00 34' E
a distance of 115.0 feet from the Southeast corner of Tract B,
said WILSHIRE VILLAGE SHOPPING CENTER:
THENCE S 00 34' E a distance of 14.0 feet to a building wall;
THENCE S 899 26' W along said building wall a distance of
100.0 feet;
THENCE S 00 34' E along a building wall a distance of 40.0 feet;
THENCE N 890 26' E a distance of 340.0 feet;
THENCE N 00 34' W a distance of 54.0 feet;
THENCE S 890 26' W a distance of 240.0 feet to place of beginning,
containing 16,960 square feet of land more or less.
