RESOLUTION NO. 291
A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
EULESS, TEXAS:
THAT after public hearing, cpreful study and consideration of
the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, or•
repeals (hereinafter called "changes") to Ordinance No. 347,
(Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in
Exhibit "A" attached and made a part of this resolution, the
Planning and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recommends
that such changes be approved by the City Council.
II.
THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to
the City Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation
of the Planning and Zoning Commission.

EXHIBIT "A"
THAT the zoning classificati.6n of the following described
property, now zoned "R-1" Single Family Dwelling District
be changed to "R-2" Two -Family Dwelling District
Being a 6.736 acre tract of land situated in the B. F. Crowley Survey,
Abstract 320, and being part of a 50 acre tract conveyed to J. W. Wiser
as recorded in Volume 337, Page 462, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas,
and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a steel rod in the.west right-of-way of Fuller -Wiser Road
(County Road No. 3121), said steel rod being N 89° 38' 20" W 25.0 feet
from the southeast corner of said B. F. Crowley Survey;
THENCE N 890 38' 20" W 1274.0 feet to a point for a corner;
THENCE N 10 03' 22" W 230.06 feet to a:point for a corner;
THENCE S 890 38' 20" E 1277.60 feet to a point for a corner;
THENCE S 00 09' 30" E 230.00 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing
6.736 acres of land more or less.
