RESOLUTION NO. 293
A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING C;OMMI:SSION OF
EULESS, TEXAS:
THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration or
the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, of
repeals
(hereinafter called "changes")
to
Ordinance No. 347,
.(Zoning
Ordinance) of the City
of Euless,
Texas, as specified in
Exhibit
"A" attached and made a
part of this
resolution, the
Planning
and Zoning Commission
is of the opinion
and recommends
that such
changes be _approved

THAT the zoning classificatimon o(' .the following described

The following described tract or parcel of land being Lot 17, Lot 18,
Lot 19, and a portion of Lot 22 and Lot 23, ALEXANDER & CULLUM SUBDIVISION,
to the City of Euless, Tarrant County, I Texas according to plat recorded
on Page 109 of Volume 388-C in the Tarrant County Deed Records and being
more particularly described as follows.
BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of said Lot 17 and being at the
intersection of the West line of Cullum Drive with the North line of
Alexander Lane;
THENCE N 890 52' W along the North line of said Alexander Lane a
distance of 620.0 feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot 23;
THENCE N 10 47' W along the West line of said Lot 23 a distance of
271.1 feet; t
THENCE S 890 52' E a distance of 25.0 feet;`
THENCE N 10 47' W a distance of 200.0 feet to the North line of said
Lot 23;
THENCE S 890 52' E along the North line of said Lot 23 a distance of
83.0 feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot 22;

THENCE N 880 03' E a distance of 194.9 feet to the Northwest corner
of said Lot 19;
THENCE S 890 52,E a distance of 31-7.0 feet to the Northeast corner of
said Lot 19 and being in the West line of said Cullum Drive;
THENCE S 10 47' E along the West line of said Cullum Drive a distance
of 650.0 feet to place of beginning.
