TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 317, (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULES S, TEXAS

THAT after public hearing, cgreful study and consideration "f
the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modi-fications, or
repeals (hereinafter called "changes") to Ordinance No. 347,
(Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Teal, as specified in
Exhibit "A" attached and made a part of this resolution, the
Planning
and Zoning
Commission
is of
the
opinion and recommends
that such
changes be

by
the
City Council.
THAT a signed copy of this resoltikon shall be delivered n
the City Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation
of. the Plann pg and Zoning Commission,

The following described tract or parcel of land situated in the
B. F. Crowley Survey, A-320, Tarrant County, Texas and being Lot
15 and Lot 16, RAY SHELTON SUBDIVISION%, Tarrant County, Texas
and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of said Lot 15 and being in
the West line of Fuller -Wiser Road;
THENCE S 890 59' 41" W along the South line of said Lot 15 a
distance of 1282.93 feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot 15

a distance of 647.67 feet to place of beginning, containing 19.09
acres of land more or less.
