HomeMy WebLinkAbout298 1980-06-17PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION RESOLUTION N0, 298 A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF EULESS, TEXAS: THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, or repeals (hereinafter called "changes") to Ordinance No. 347, (Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit "A" attached and made a part of this resolution, the Planning and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recommends that such changes be approved by the City Council II. THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the City Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission. J. Huitt Survey, A-684 Euless, Tarrant County, Texas, and being described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at a point 152.5 feet North 2 degrees 13 minutes East of the Southeast corner of Lot 27, Block 2, Oakwood Terrace East, 2nd Filing, Euless, Tarrant County, Texas as recorded in Volume 388-24, Page 43, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas; THENCE North 2 degrees 13 minutes East 132.7 feet to a steel rod for corner; THENCE South 84 degrees 21 minutes East 154.25 feet to a steel rod in the West right-of-way line of South Main Street; THENCE South 2 degrees 13 minutes West along said West right-of-way line 126.2 feet to a steel rod for corner; THENCE North 86 degrees 46 minutes West 154.0 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.46 acres of land.
