A RESOLUTION MAKING RECONNIMENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION 01'
EULESS, TEXAS:
TLIAT after public hearing, c�lreftil study and consideration of
the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, or
repeals (hereinafter called "changes") to Ordinance No. 347,
(Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in
Exhibit "A" attached and made a part of this resolution, the
Planning and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recommends
that such changes be approved___ i?y t:he City Council..
II.
THAT
a signed
copy of
this resolution
shall
be delivered to
the City
Council,
and shall
constitute the
report
and recommendation
of the Planning and Zoning Commission.

EXHIBIT "A"
THAT the zoning classification of the following described
property, now zoned "R-1"
be changed to . "R-411, 16 units per acre with CUD for Conforming
The following described tract or parcel of land situated in the
B. F. Crowley Survey, A-320, Tarrant County, Texas and being
Lot 15 and Lot 16, RAY SHELTON SUBDIVISION, Tarrant County,
Texas and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of said Lot 15 and being in
the West line of Fuller -Wiser Road;
THENCE S 890 59' 41" W along the South line of said Lot 15
a distance of 1282.93 feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot 15
and being the Northwest corner of Lot 14, said RAY SHELTON SUBDIVISION;
THENCE N 00 14' 20" E a distance of 653.11 feet to the Northwest
corner of said Lot 16;
THENCE S 890 45' 35" E along the North line.of said Lot 16 a
distance of 1274.21 feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot 16
and being in the West line of said Fuller -Wiser Road;
THENCE S 00 31' 50" E along the West line of said Fuller -Wiser
Road a distance of 647.67 feet to place of beginning, containing
19.09 acres of land more or less.
