RESOLUTION NO. 281
A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES IN ORDINANCE N0, 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF EULESS,
THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of the
proposed amandments, supplements, changes, modifications, or repeals
(hereinafter called ''changes") to Ordinance No. 347, (Zoning Ordinance)
of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit "A" attached and
made a part of this resolution, the City Planning and Zoning Commission
is of the opinion and recommends that such changes be denied
by the City, Council.

THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the City
Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation of the City
Planning and Zoning Commission.

THAT the zoning classification of the following described property,
now zoned "C-2'' Communitv Business District
be changed to "C-2 with SP" Community Business District with
Specific Use Permit
The following described tract or parcel of land being a portion
of Tract A, WILSHIRE VILLAGE SHOPPING CENTER, Euless, Tarrant
County, Texas according to the plat recorded on Page 7 of
Volume 388-95 Tarrant County Deed Records and being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of an existing building
and being S 0° 34' E a distance of 20.0 feet and N 390 26' E
a distance of 203.0 feet from the Southwest corner of Tract C,
said WILSHIRE VILLAGE SHOPPING CENTER;
THENCE N 8° 26' E a distance of 130.0 feet;
THENCE S 0 34' E a distance of 160.0 feet;
THENCE N 8�° 26' E a distance of 66.0 feet;
THENCE S 0 34' E a distance of 196.19 feet;
THENCE s 660 42' W a distance of 212.5 feet;
THENCE N 00 34' W a distance of 438.31 feet to place of
beginning containing 1.545 acres of land more or less.
