RESOLUTION NO. 282
A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF EULESS,
TEXAS:
THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of the
proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, or repeals
(hereinafter called "changes") to Ordinance No. 347, (Zoning Ordinance)
of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit "A" attached and
made a part of this resolution, the City Planning and Zoning Commission
is of the opinion and recommends that such changes be approved
by the City Council.
2.
THAT a. signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the City
Council., and shall constitute the report and recommendation of the City
Planning and Zoning Commission.

THAT'the zoning classification of the following described property,
now zoned "C-2" Community Business District
be changed to "C-2 with SP" Community Business District with
Specific Use permit to allow a used car lot
The following described tract or parcel of land being a portion
of Lot 1, Block 2, S. W. MILLS SUBDIVISION, to the City of
Euless, Tarrant County, Texas according to plat recorded on
Page 7 of Volume 388-1 in the Tarrant County Deed Records and
being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of said Lot 1, Block 2, said
S. W. MILLS SUBDIVISION and being at the intersection of the
East line of Mills Drive with the South line of State Highway No. 10;
THENCE N 550 45' E along the South line of said State Highway
No. 10 a distance of 120.0 feet to the Northeast corner of said
Lot 1, Block 2, said S. W. MILLS SUBDIVISION;
THENCE S 340 15' E along the East line of said Lot 1, Block 2,
said S. W. MILLS SUBDIVISION a distance of 80.0 feet;
THENCE S 550 45' W a distance of 120.0 feet to the West line
of said Lot 1, Block 2, said S. W. MILLS SUBDIVISION and being
in the East line of said Mills Drive;
THENCE N 340 15' W along the East line of said Mills Drive.
a distance of 80.0 feet to place of beginning, containing
0.22 acres of land more or less.
