HomeMy WebLinkAbout284 1979-12-18CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 284 A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF EULESS, TEXAS: THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, or repeals (hereinafter called "changes") to Ordinance No. 347, (Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit "A" attached and made a part of this resolution, the City Planning and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recommends that such changes be approved by the City Council. 2. THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the City Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation of the City Planning and Zoning Commission. ADOPTED this 18th ATTEST: Secret y day of December , 19 79 CITY PLAN '1NG ND ONING COMMISSION 4BY: Ch rman E X H I B I T "A" THAT the zoning classification of the following described property, now zoned 11C-2" Community Business District be changed to "C-2 with SP" Community Business District with Specific Use Permit for Used Auto Sales , BEGINNING in the North line of State Highway No. 183 and being N 890 E a distance of 310.0 feet and S 10 00' E a distance of 201.0 feet from an iron pipe in the East line of EULESS GARDENS ADDITION, to the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas; THENCE N 540 30' E along the North line of said State Highway No. 183 a distance of 60.3 feet to an iron rod at the intersection of the North line of said State Highway No. 183 with the West line of Vine Street; THENCE N 10 23' W along the West line of said Vine Street a distance of 166.85 feet to an iron rod; THENCE S 890 00' W a distance of 48.6 feet to an iron rod; THENCE S 10 00' E a distance of 201.0 feet to place of beginning, containing 9047 square feet of land more or less.
