RESOLUTION NO. 301
A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND I:ZI,P01,'I'
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSFD
CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED -BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
EULESS, TEXAS:
THAT after public hearing, carefulstudy and consideration, of
the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, or
repeals (hereinafter called "changes") to Ordinance No. 347,
(Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in
Exhibit "A" attached and made a part of this resolution, the
Planning and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recomniends
that such changes be approved__ by the City Council.
II.
THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to
the City Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation
of the Planning and Zoning Commission.

EXHIBIT "A"
THAT the zoning classification of the following described
property, now zoned "PD" w/old development plan
be changed to "PD" w/new development plan
Being a tract of land located in Tarrant County, Texas, out of the
J.E. Field Survey, Abstract 540, and being more particularly described
by metes and bounds as follows:
COMMENCING at the Northwest corner of the J.E. Field Survey, said point
being a point of the centerline of the intersection of County Road 3036
and County Road 3069;
THENCE East 520.4 feet to the Place of Beginning of the tract herein
described;
THENCE East 1036.9 feet along the centerline of County Road 3036 to a
nail for corner;
THENCE South 1316.0 feet to an iron pin in the centerline of a 50.0 foot
road, passing an iron pin at 1290.0 feet;
THENCE West 1557.3 feet along the centerline of a 50.0 foot rod to a
point in the centerline of County Road 3069, passing an iron pin at
1540.1 feet;
THENCE North 325.0 feet along the centerline of County Road 3069 to a nail
for corner;
THENCE East 520.4 feet to an iron pin for corner, passing an iron pin in
a fence line at 16.9 feet;
THENCE North 991.2 feet to the Place -of Beginning, and passing an iron
pin in the fence line at 964.2 feet, and containing 35.239 acres of land,
more or less.
SAFE & EXCEPT 0.643 acres in County Road 3036 and 0.117 acres in County
Road 3069;
FURTHER SAVE AND EXCEPT that portion of the above described property
dedicated as a public road by Dedication from Robert Peter Dill and wife,
et al, to The Public, dated June 5, 1962, filed in Volume 3788, Page 108,
Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas;
AND FURTHER SAVE AND EXCEPT any part or portion thereof in use or occupancy
as a public road or highway.
