A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDAT TONS AND REPORT
TO TIIE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CIIAN.GES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED 'BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
EULESS, TEXAS;
TIIAT .after public hearing, clrefut study and considerat ioll of
the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, niod.ificatioils, or
repeals (hereinafter called "changes") to* Ordinance No. 347,
(Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in
Exhibit "A" attached and made a part of this resolution, the
Planning and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recommends
that such changes be approved by the City Council.
II.
THAT �a signed copy of this resolution shall be -delivered to
the City Council., and shall constitute the report and recommendati(III
of the Planning and Zoning Commission.

THAT the zoning class ificati'on of the following described
property, now zoned "C-2" Community Business District
be. clanged to "C-2" Community Business District with "SP"
Specific Use Permit for Commercial Amusements
The following described tract or parcel of land being a portion
of Tract A, WILSHIRE VILLAGE SHOPPING CENTER, to the City of
Euless, Tarrant County, Texas, according to plat recorded on
Page 7 of Volume 388-95 in the Tarrant County Deed Records and
