BE IT RESOLVED 'BY THE I'LiMING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
EULESS , 'TEXAS:
THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of
the proposed amendme-nts, supplements, changes., modifications, or
repeaIs (herei.n�lfter called "changes'') to'Ordinance No. 3,17,
(Zoning Ordinance) of the Cite of Iu]ess, Texas, as specif-ied in
Exhi-bit "A"attached and made a part of this resolution, the
Planning and Zoning Conlmissiou is of t11e opinion and recommend
that such changes be denied by the City Council —

The following described tract or parcel of land situated in the Solomon Huitt Survey,
A-705, Tarrant County, Texas, and being a portion of a tract of land as conveyed to
Tarrant Land Company by E. L. Baker by deed recorded on Page 439 of Volume 2342 in
the Tarrant County Deed Records and also being a portion of a tract of land as conveyed
to Tarrant Land Company by W. J. Eden, et ux, by deed recorded on Page 131 of Volume
2342 in the Tarrant County Deed Records and being more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING in the East line of North Main Street and being about N 00 06' 59" E a
distance of 550.0 feet from the intersection of the East line of said North Main Street
with the Northerly .line of East Midway Drive;
THENCE N 00 06' 59" E along the East line of said North Main Street a distance of about
193.95 feet;
THENCE S 890 53' 01" E a distance of 494.74 feet;
THENCE S 340 53' E a distance of 130.0 feet;
THENCE N 790 07' E a distance of 345.0 feet;
