A RESOLUTION MAKING RPCONIMEND;ATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347, ('ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULI SS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED'BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION 01'
EULESS , TEXAS:
THAT after public hoarinp, careful_ study and consideration of
the proposed amendments, supplements, ch,nnges, modifications, nr
repeals (he re i na f ter called "changes") to' Ordinance No. 347,
(Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in
Exhibit "A" attached and made n part of this resolution, the
Planning
and Zoning
Commission

the opinion and recommend! -
that such
changes be

THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall he delivered to
the City Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation
of the Planning and Zoning Commission.

The following described tract or pareel.of land situated in the J. P.
Halford Survey, A--711, Tarrant County, 'Texas, and being more particularly
described as -follows:
BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of Lot 21, Block 20, MIDWAY PARK ADDITION,
No. 2, to the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas, according to plat
recorded on Page 79 of Volume 388-13 in the Tarrant County Deed Records;
THENCE N 880 43' W along the South line of said Lot 21 a distance of
124.91 feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot 21 and being in the East
line of Himes Drive;
THENCE S 20 30' 20" W along the East line of said Himes Drive a distance
of 319.13 feet;
THENCE S 880 38' 10" E, at a distance of 9.6 feet the Northwest corner
of Tract C-R, MUNICIPAL SERVICE COMPANY 01' TEXAS, to the City of Euless,
Tarrant County, Texas, according to plat, recorded on Page 42 of Volume
388-63 in the Tarrant County Deed Records, a total distance of 1058.62
feet to the West line of North Main Street;
THENCE N 00 43' E along the West line of said North Main Street a
distance of 22.33 feet;
THENCE N 880 16' 50" W along the North line of an old abandoned road a
distance of 414.37 feet;
THENCE N 00 45' E a distance of 463.66 feet;
THENCE N 880 38' 40" W a distance of.509.44 feet and being in the East
line of Lot 19, said Block 20, said MIDWAY PARK ADDITION No. 2;
THENCE S 00 47' 45" W along the East lane of said Block 20 a distance of
169.22 feet to place of beginning, containing 6.89 acres of land more or
less.
