RESOLUTION NO. 31
A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF .THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
EULESS, TEXAS:
THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of
the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, or
repeals (hereinafter called "changes") to Ordinance No. 347,
(Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in
Exhibit "A" attached and made a part of this resolution, the
Planning and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recommends
that such changes be denied by the City Council.
II.
THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to
the City Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation
of the Planning and Zoning Commission.

THAT the zoning classification of the following described
property, now zoned C-
be changed to C-2 W/SP for commercial amusements,
billiards and sale and consumption of beer
The following described tract or parcel of land being a
portion of.Tract A, WILSHIRE VILLAGE SHOPPING CENTER, to
the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas, according to plat
recorded on Page 7 of Volume 388-95 in the Tarrant County
Deed Records and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING S 660 42' W a distance of 129.2 feet, N 230 18' W
a distance of 210.0 feet, N 66 42' E a distance of 30.0 feet,
and N 23 18' W a distance of 90.0 feet from the Southeast
corner of said Tract A;
THENCE S 660 42' W a distance of 196.26 feet;
THENCE N 00 34' W a distance of 94.31 feet;
THENCE S 890 26' W a distance'of 30.0 feet;
THENCE N 00 34' W a distance of 110.0 feet;
THENCE N 890 26' E a distance of 85.0 feet
THENCE N 00 34' W a distance of 160.0 feet to the North line
of an existing building;
THENCE N 890 26' E along the North line of said existing
building a distance of 60.0 feet;
THENCE S•00 34' E a distance of 115.0 feet to the South line
of said existing building;
THENCE N 890 26' E along the South line of said existing
building a distance of 30.0 feet;
THENCE S 00 34' E a distance of 87.59 feet;
THENCE S 23' 18' E a distance of 93.19 feet to place of beginning,
containing 0.948 acre or 41,301 square feet of land more or less.
