BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS: THAT a public hearing be held by this Council on the date, at the time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified in the 'Notice of Public Hearing ", attached hereto and made .a part of this Resolution; and THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required h'y Articles 1011a to 1011.1, both inclusive, of Vernon's Glvil Statutes of the State of Texas.
