BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULEES, TEXAS: THAT a public hearing be held by this Council on the date, at the time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified In the "Notice of Public Hearing ", attached hereto and made a pert of this Resolution; and THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by f#rtieies 1011a to 1011 -1, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State of Texas. ATTEST: City Secretary s NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A Public Hearing will be held by the City Council of the City of Euless, Texas, in the Council Chambers of the Euless City Hall, Euless, Texas, on the 8th day of May 191 at 8:00 o'clock P. M. at which time parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications and /or repeals to the Zoning Ordinance No. 347 of the City of Euless, as specified on Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a part of this notice. Matthews Survey, A -1052, Tarrant County, Texas and being a portion of Tract A, Block 1, WHITENER ESTATES, to the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of SPRING VALLEY APARTMENT ADDITION, to the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas according to plat recorded on Page 37 of Volume 388 -65 in the Tarrant County Deed Records and also being in the East line of South Main Street; THENCE S 89° 59' E.along the South line of said SPRING VALLEY APARTMENT ADDITION a distance of 484.65 feet; THENCE S 0° 04' E a distance of 134.7 feet; THENCE N 89° 59' W a distance of 484.85 feet to the East line of said South Main Street; THENCE N 0° 01' E along the East line of said South Main Street a distance of 134.7 feet to place of beginning, containing 1.499 acres of land more or less.
