TWO-WEEK-OLD Dawn Marie Armstrong seems less than impressed by the
fact that she is the youngest library card holder at the Euless Public Library.
Head librarian Geneva Armstrong, who happens to be Dawn Marie's
grandmother, is much more excited about the whole thing. "When Dawn
was one day old I made her a library card," Mrs. Armstrong said. "Her
daddy.said he would have her reading books in a couple of weeks."
Dawn's optimistic parents are Mr. and Mrs. Don Armstrong Jr. of
Grapevine. Dawn arrived just in time to help her grandmother celebrate
