Head librarian Geneva Armstrong, who happens to be Dawn Marie's grandmother, is much more excited about the whole thing. "When Dawn was one day old I made her a library card," Mrs. Armstrong said. "Her daddy.said he would have her reading books in a couple of weeks." Dawn's optimistic parents are Mr. and Mrs. Don Armstrong Jr. of Grapevine. Dawn arrived just in time to help her grandmother celebrate National Library Week, April 17-23. — Photo bys Mike Garrett. F i\eSs pb,i ,;brr <77
