WHEREAS, City of Euless has requested the Engineering
Firm of Knowlton - Ratliff- English - Collins, Inc. to furnish
the services of its employee designated as Temporary Director
of Public Works, and
WHEREAS, Euless has agreed to save and hold harmless
such Engineering Firm of Knowlton - Ratliff- English - Collins,
Inc. and it's designated employee of and from any expense or
damage award arising from a claim within the scope and course
of such employee's service to Euless as Temporary Director of
Public Works,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Euless
agrees and will save and hold harmless the Engineering Firm of
Knowlton- Ratliff - English - Collins, Inc. and it's designated
employee of and from any claims, damage award, attorney's fees
or court costs occurring from or arising within the scope and
course of such designated employee's service to the City as
Temporary Director of Public Works.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 24th day of April, 1973, by a
vote of 5 ayes and 0 nays at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Euless, Texas.
