A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CON ,RNING .
CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE
.NO. 347; AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISwyED IN
THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EUI.ESS, TEXAS:
THAT a public hearing be held by this Council on the dote, at the
time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified in
the "Notice of Public Hearing ", attached hereto and made a part of this
Resolution; and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
1011a to 1011 -1, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State
of Texas.

by a vote of 4 ayes and 0 nays at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Euless, Texas.

NOTICE,OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Council of the City
of Euless, Texas, in the Council Chambers of the Euless City Hall,
Euless, Texas, on the 12th day of June , 19 73 ,
at 8 :00 o'clock P. M. at which time parties in interest and
citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning proposed
amendments, supplements, changes, modifications and /or repeals to
the Zoning Ordinance No. 347 of the City of Euless, as specified
on Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a part of this
notice.

THAT the zoning classification of the following described property,
now zoned "C -1" Neighborhood 3usiness District
be changed to "C -2" Community 3usiness District with Specific Use Permit
The following descirbed tract or parcel of land situated in
the J. P. rialford Survey, A -711, Tarrant County, Texas and being
Tract 3, MIDWAY PARK COMMERCIAL, to the City of Euless, Tarrant
County, Texas and being more particularly described as follows:
3eginning at the Southeast corner of said Tract 3 and being in
the North line of Midway Drive and also being N 33° 00' W
a distance of 123.0 feet and S 0° 35' W a distance of 704.6 feet
from the Southeast corner of MIDWAY PARK ADDITION, to the City
of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas;
THENCE N 33° 33' W along the. North line of said Midway Drive
a distance of 131.0 feet;
THENCE N 0° 35' E a distance of 150.0 feet;
THENCE S 38° 35' E a distance of 159.0 feet;
THENCE S 41° 01' E a distance of 53.2 feet to a point on a
curve having a radius of 49.24 feet;
THENCE Southwesterly along said curve a distance of 41.4 feet;
THENCE S 0° 35' W a distance of 70.0 feet to place of beginning.
