A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING
CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE
NO. 347; AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN
THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXA$;
THAT a public hearing be held by this Council on the date, ,it the
time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified in
the "Notice of Public Hearing ", attached hereto and made a part of this
Resolution; and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by �1rtiie�
10118 to 1011-1, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the Mate
of Texas.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Council of the City
of Euless, Texas, in the Council Chambers of the Euless City Hall,
Euless, Texas, on the 14th day of A_ __ , 19—a----,
at 8:00 o'clock P. M. at which time parties in interest and
citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning proposed
amendments, supplements, changes, modifications and /or repeals to
the Zoning Ordinance No. 347 of the City of Euless, as specified
on Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a part of this
notice.

THAT the zoning classification of the following described property,
now zoned "C -2" Community Business District
be changed to Specific Use Permit for an Ice Skating Rink
The following described tract or parcel of land situated in the
A. M. Downing Survey, Tarrant County, Texas and being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning N 89° 26' E a distance of 1015.38 feet and
S 0° 46' E a distance of 80.5 feet from the intersection of
the South line of Sagebrush Trail with the East line of
Wilshire Drive;
THENCE S 0° 46' E a distance of 627.1 feet to the North
right- of-way line of State Highway No. 183;
THENCE S 66° 42' W along the North right-of -way line of said
State Highway No. 183 a distance of 129.2 feet;
THENCE N 23° 18' W a distance of 210.0 feet;
THENCE N 66° 42' E a distance of 65.0 feet;
THENCE N 23° 18' W a distance of 201.9 feet;
THENCE N 89° 26' E a distance of 84.9 feet;
THENCE N 0° 34' W a distance of 272.0 feet;
THENCE N 89° 26' E a distance of 131.25 feet to place of
beginning, containing 2.32 acres of land more or less.
