A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING
A PROPOSED RATE REQUESTED BY GENERAL TELEPHONE
COMPANY; AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN
THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:
That a public hearing be held by this Council on the date, at the
time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified in the
"Notice of Public Hearing ", attached hereto and made a part of this
Resolution; and
That notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
1011a to 1011 -1, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State
of Texas.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 24th day of July, 1973, by a vote of
5 ayes and 0 nays at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Euless, Texas.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing will be held by the Euless City Council in
the Council Chambers of the Euless City Hall, 201 Ector Drive, in
the City of Euless, Texas, on the 28th day of August, 1973, at
8 :00 o'clock P. M., at which time parties in interest and citizens
shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning a proposed rate
requested by General Telephone Company, for the portion of Euless
that lies within the airport boundary.
NOTICE issued this 24th day of July, 1973, by order of the
Euless City Council.
