BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
THAT the letter agreement dated the 8th day of January
1914, by and between Texas Power & Light Company and the City of
Euless, increasing the amount of street rentals paid by Texas Power
& Light Company to the City of Euless to three per cent (3 %) of its
annual gross electric revenues be, and the same is hereby, approved.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 11th day of December, 1971,
by a vote of 4 ayes and 0 nays at a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Euless, Texas.
