WHEREAS, the Euless City Council, takes cognizance of
the fuel shortage affecting the entire United States, and
WHEREAS, the Euless Jaycees are contemplating a pilot
program designed to test and determine public acceptance in
Euless of group transportation to certain selected plants employ-
ing Euless citizens, and
WHEREAS, the Euless City Council supports and commends
the Jaycees in their effort to develop a self - supporting and
industry supported group transportation program to area employees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS, that it officially supports and
encourages the Euless Jaycees in this public- spirited and very
necessary endeavor.
ADOPTED, this the 11th day of December, 1973, at a
regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Euless, Texas.
