BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS,
THAT:
An election is hereby called to elect a Councilman Place 1,
Councilman Place 3 and Councilman Place 5, to serve until April, 1976,
and until their successors are duly elected and qualified. Such
election shall be held at the City Hall, 201 Ector Drive, Euless,
Texas, on the 6th day of April, 1974, from 7:00 A. M. until 7 :00 P.M.
Qualified persons may file as candidates by filing applications in
the Office of the City Secretary until 5 :00 P.M. on March 6, 1974.
Voting by Absentee Ballot in said election shall commence on the
18th day of March, 1974, at the Office of the City Secretary, Euless,
Texas. Voting by Absentee Ballot shall close at 5 :00 P.M. on April
2, 1974.
I V.
The following persons are hereby appointed to conduct the election:
W. W. Cromer , Presiding Judge; Ruth Jemison , Alternate
Presiding Judge; and other persons as Clerks that the Election Judge
shall appoint.
V.
The election shall be conducted according to the election laws .
of the State of Texas and the Charter of the City of Euless, Texas.
