BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS,
THAT it shall be the duty of the Technical Supervisor (Chemist)
and they shall have authority to execute on behalf of this City any
and all documents (including powers of attorney) required by the
Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 26th day of March , 1974
by a vote of 5 ayes and 0 nays at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Euless, Texas.
