BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS,
An election is hereby called to elect a Councilman Place 5, to
serve until April, 1976, to fill an unexpired term and until a successor
is duly elected and qualified. Such election shall be held at the City
Hall, 201 Ector Drive, Euless, Texas, on the 20th day of July, 1974, from
7 :00 A. M. until 7 :00 P. M.
Qualified persons may file as candidates by filing applications
in the Office of the City Secretary until 5 :00 P. M. on June 20, 1974.
Voting by Absentee Ballot in said election shall commence on
the 1st day of July, 1974, at the Office of the City Secretary, Euless,
Texas. Voting by Absentee Ballot shall close at 5 :00 P. M. on July 16,
1974.
IV.
The following persons are hereby appointed to conduct the election:
W. W. Cromer , Presiding Judge; Evelyn Nimes , Alternate
Presiding Judge; and other persons as Clerks that the Election Judge shall
appoint.
V.
The election shall be conducted according to the election laws
of the State of Texas and the Charter of the City of Euless, Texas.
