A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
EULESS, TEXAS:
THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of
the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, or
repeals (hereinafter called "changes") to Ordinance No. 347,
(Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in
Exhibit "A" attached and made a part of this resolution, the
Planning and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recommends
that such changes be approved by the City Council.
II.
THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to
the City Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation
of the Planning and Zoning Commission.

THAT the zoning classification of the following described
property, now zoned R-2
be changed to Planned Development for Single Family Attached
Dwelling Units with Variable Yards and Building Standards
ALL that certain tract or parcel of land out of the B.F. Crowley Survey,
Abstract 320, Euless, Tarrant County, Texas, and being part of 50.0 acre
tract -conveyed to J.W. Wiser as recorded in Volume 337, Page 462, Deed
Records, Tarrant County, Texas, and being further described by metes
and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a l inch pipe in the Westerly right-of-way line of County
Road #3121 (Fuller -Wiser Road) said pipe being North 89 degres 38 minutes
20 seconds West, 25.0 feet from the Southeast corner of said Wiser Tract:
