RESOLUTION NO. 347
A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
EULESS, TEXAS:
THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of
the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, or
repeals (hereinafter called "changes") to Ordinance No. 347,
(Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in
Exhibit "A" attached and made a part of this resolution, the
Planning and Zoning Commission -is of the opinion and recommends
that such changes be
denied

by the City Council.
THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to
the City Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation
of the Planning and Zoning Commission.

EXHIBIT "A"
THAT the zoning classification of the following described
property, now zoned
PD
be changed to PD w/New Develop ment Plan
SITUATED in the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas, and being a tract of land
in the T. JASPER SURVEY, Abstract No. 861, and being a portion of that certain
25 acre tract as recorded in Volume 1355, Page 218, of the Deed Records of
Tarrant County', Texas, and also being a portion of a 10 acre tract as recorded
in Volume 2544, Page 319, of said Deed Records, and being more particularly des-
cribed as follows:
COMMENCING at a Texas Highway Department monument in the South line of State
Spur No. 350, said point being the Northwest corner of said 25 acre tract; Thence
North 89 degrees 53 minutes 40 seconds East with said South line of Spur No. 350,
833.03 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING OF THE TRACT HEREIN DESCRIBED;
THENCE North 89 degrees 53 minutes 40 seconds East with Said South line of Spur
No. 350, 300.0 feet to an iron rod for the Northwest corner of a 6 acre tract
recorded as Tract 2 in Volume 6827, Page 2163, of the Deed Records of Tarrant
County, Texas;
THENCE South 0 degrees 31 minutes 19 seconds East with the West line of said 6
acre tract and the East line of said 10 acre tract,.1251.35 feet to an iron rod
for the Southwest corner of a 3 acre tract conveyed to the City of Euless as
recorded in Volume 5202, Page 127, of the Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas;
THENCE South 89 degrees 22 minutes 32 seconds West, 340.0 feet with the South line
of said 10 acre tract to the Southwest corner of said 10 acre tract;
THENCE South 1 degree 16 minutes 23 seconds East, 170.48 feet to an iron rod for
corner;
THENCE South 88 degrees 35 minutes 27 seconds West, 105.23 feet to an iron rod
.for corner;
THENCE North 1 degree 16 minutes 23 seconds West, 1027.57 feet to an iron rod;
THENCE North 89 degrees 56 minutes 07 seconds East, 156.03 feet to an iron rod;
THENCE North 0 degrees 27 minutes 33 seconds West, 400.0 feet to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING and containing 12.003 acres of land, more or less.
