RESOLUTION NO. 348
A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZON.ING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED.BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
EULESS, TEXAS:
I.
THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of
the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, or
repeals (hereinafter called ".changes") to Ordinance No. 347,
(Zoning Ordinance). of the City of.Euless, Texas, as specified in
Exhibit "A" attached and made a part of this resolution, the
Planning and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recommends
that such changes be DENTED by the City Council.
II.
THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to
the City Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation
of the Planning and Zoning Commission.

Texas, and being further described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at the northeast corner of said B. F. Crowley Survey,
said point lying in the center of Fuller Wiser Road;
THENCE South 00 - 24' West along the centerline of Fuller Wise
Road, 1,336.7 feet to a point;
THENCE North 890 - 09' - 43" West, 1,317.52 feet to a point;
THENCE North 00 10' - 28" West, 1,288.06 feet to a point;
THENCE North 880 - 44' - 12".East, 1,330.96 feet to the POINT
OF BEGINNING,'said tract containing 39.89 acres gross.

BEGINNING at a set steel rod in the new easdt right-of-i,ay of Euless
North Main Street, said rod lying South 89 - 01' East, 45 feet
from the northwest corner of the Charles M. Hunt tract, recorded
in Volume 4152, Page 101, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas;
THENCE South 890 - 01' East, 1,262.19 feet to a point for the
northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE South 00 - 05' West, 766.7 feet to a point;
THENCE North 880 - 53' West, 1,289.99 feet to a point in the east
right-of-way line of said Euless North Main Street;
THENCE North 50 feet with said east right-of-way line to a point;
THENCE South 880 - 53' East, 318.53 feet to a point;
THENCE North 374.52 feet to a point in the south right-of-way
line of a proposed drainage and utility easement;
THENCE Westerly with a curve to the right, said curve having a
radius of 1,000 feet and a central angle of 160 - 41' - 1211 to
a point in the east right-of-way line of Euless North Main Street;
THENCE North 371.87 feet with said east right-of-way line to the
POINT OF BEGINNING of the herein described tract, said tract
containing 20.04 acres of land.
