RESOLUTION NO. 352
A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES IN.ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
EULESS, TEXAS:
THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of
the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, or
repeals (hereinafter called "changes") to Ordinance No. 347,
(Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified ill
Exhibit "A" attached and made a part of this resolution, the
Planning and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recommends
that such changes be Approved by the City Council.
II.
THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to
the City Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation
of the Planning and Zoning Commission.

THAT the zoning classification of the following described
property, now zoned C-2
be changed to R-5 w/CUD for Conforming Housing on Tracts 1D1, lEl
and IEIA, J. Groves Survey, A-599
BEING 24.9418 acres of land located in the John Groves Survey, Abstract No. 599,
Tarrant County, Texas, and being the same tract of land as conveyed to Col Mial
Properties, Inc., Trustee, by deed recorded in Volume 6056, Page 232 of the Deed
Records of Tarrant County, Texas. Said 24.9418 acres being more particularly
described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin in the South right-of-way line of Pipeline Road, said
point being 25.0 feet South, and 588.9 feet West of the Northeast corner of said
Groves Survey, and in a fence corner;
THENCE S 000 23' W 1102.38 feet along an old fence line to a fence post in the
North right-of-way line of State Highway No. 183;
THENCE S 670 1§' W 922.08 feet along said right-of-way line to an iron pin at a
fence corner;
THENCE N 000 22' E 1458.22 feet along an old fence line to an iron pin at a
fence corner in the South right-of-way fence of Pipeline Road;
THENCE S 890 59' E 848.80 feet along said fence line and the South right-of-way
line of Pipeline Road to the PLACE OF BEGINNING, containing 24.9418 acres of
land more or less.
