C. 4315 PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 354 A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF EULESS, TEXAS: THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, +or repeals (hereinafter called'"changes") to Ordinance No. 347, (Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit "A" attached and made a part of this resolution, the Planning and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recommends that such changes be DENIED II. by the City Council. THAT'a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the City Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission. PLANNING AN ZONING COMI`lI ION iii Ti'inii'ii Z.C. #375 EXHIBIT "A" THAT the zoning classification of the following described property, now zoned Planned Development be changed to Planned Development w/New Development Plan Being a tract or parcel of Land out of the A. J. Huitt Survey, Abstract #68-�, situated in the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas, and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at a 1/2" iron pin in the south line of Spur Highway 350 (Airport Freeway), said iron pin is East 1596.46 feet and South 010 - 54' East 25.0 feet from the northwest corner of said Huitt Survey, said iron pin also being the northwest corner of that certain 0.559 Acre Tract as described in Volume 5082, page 985, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas; THENCE, South 010 - 54' East along the west line of said 0.559 Acre Tract a distance of 200.0 feet to a 1/2" iron pin for corner; THENCE East along the south line of said 0.559 Acre Tract a distance of 122.41 feet to a 1/2" iron pin in the west line of Park Crestmore Addition to the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas according to the plat recorded in Volume 388-7, page 46, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas; THENCE South 020 - 09' - 24" East along the west line of said Park Crestmore Addition a distance of 495.0 feet a 1/2" iron pin for corner; THENCE South 880 - 17' - 02" West a distance of 435.53 feet a 1/2" iron pin for corner; THENCE North 020 - 04' - 38" West a distance of 270.0 feet a 1/2" iron pin at the southwest corner of Lot 1, Block A,. Furr's Cafeteria Addition to the City of Euless, as recorded in Volume 388-150, page 61, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas; THENCE East along the south line of said Lot 1, Block A, a distance of 251.97 feet a 1/2" iron pin for corner; THENCE North 010 - 54' West along the east line of said Lot 1, Block A a distance of 438.0 feet a 1/2" iron pin in the south line of said Spur Highway 350 for corner; THENCE East along the south line of said Highway a distance of 60.0 feet to the point of beginning and containing 170,213 Square Feet or 3.908 Acres of Land.
