RESOLUTION NO. 355
A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS,-TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
EULESS, TEXAS:
I.
THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of
the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, +or
repeals (hereinafter called "changes") to Ordinance No. 347,
(Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in
Exhibit "A" attached and made a part of this resolution, the
Planning and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recommends
that such changes be Denied by the City Council.
II.
THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to
the City Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation
of the Planning and Zoning Commission.

JAMES MATSON SURVEY, A-1080, Tarrant County, Texas and being further describ-
ed by metes and bounds as follows;
BEGINNING at a bois d'arc stake in fence corner for the Southwest corner of
