A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
EULESS, TEXAS:
THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of
the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, or
repeals (hereinafter called "changes") to Ordinance No. 347,
(Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in
Exhibit "A".attached and made a part of this resolution, the
Planning and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recommends
that such changes be Approved by the City Council.
II.
THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to
the City Council, and shall constitute the report and.recommendation
of the Planning and Zoning Commission.

BEGINNING at a point lying on the east side of Fuller -Wiser Road, said point being
N 89026'00"E, 25.00 feet from the southwest corner of said 101.6 acre tract;

angle point;
THENCE, N 00048'00"W, 130.77 feet along the east of Fuller -Wiser Road to the POINT OF
BEGINNING and containing 1.8952 acres or 82,555 square feet of land.
