A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
EULESS, TEXAS:

THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of
the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, or
repeals (hereinafter called "changes") to Ordinance No. 347,
(Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in
Exhibit "A" attached and made apart of this resolution, the
Planning and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recommends
that such changes be .APPROVED
II.
by the City Council.
THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to
the City. Council, an-d shall constitute the report and recommendation
of the Planning and Zoning Commission.

THAT the zoning classification of the following described
property, now zoned PD/R-2
be changed to
PD/R-2 with new Site Plan
The following described tract or parcel of land situated in the J.E. Field Survey, A-540
Tarrant County, Texas and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING in the centerline of County Road No. 3036 (Glade Rd.) and being West a distance
of 572.2 feet from the Northeast corner of said J.E. Field Survey and the intersection
of the centerline of said County Road No. 3036 (Glade Rd.) with the centerline of
