RESOLUTION NO. 367
A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
EULESS, TEXAS:
THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of
the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, or
repeals (hereinafter called "changes") to Ordinance No. 347,
(Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in
Exhibit "A" attached and made a part of this resolution, the
Planning and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recommends
that such changes be Approved by the City Council.
II.
THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to
the City Council, an-d shall constitute the report and recommendation
of the. Planning and Zoning Commission.
ADOPTED this 1st day of February , 19 83 .

THAT the zoning classification of the following described
property, now zoned R-1
be changed to R-3 w/CUD for Conforming Housing
The following described tract or parcel of land situated in the
J.P. Halford Survey, .A-711, Tarrant County) Texas and being more
partiau1ar4 doscribed as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of Lot 21, Block 20, MIDWAY
PARK ADDITICN, No. 2, to the City of EL.less, Tarrant County,
Texas according to plat recorded on Page 79 of Volume 388-13
