RESOLUTION NO. 368
A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
EULESS, TEXAS:
THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of
the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, or
repeals (hereinafter called "changes") to Ordinance No. 347,
(Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in
Exhibit "A" attached and made a part of this resolution, the
Planning and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recommend,s.
that such changes be APPROVAL

by the City Council.
THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to
the City Council, anal shall constitute the report and recommendation
of the Planning and Zoning Commission.

THAT the zoning classification of the following described
property, now zoned R-1
be changed to C-2 & R-5
BEING eight (8) tracts of land situated in the B. Harrington Survey, A-808 and
the Levi Franklin Survey, A-513 in the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas and
being more particularly described as follows:

BEGINNING at a point for corner on the east right-of-way.line of State
