RESOLUTION NO. 369
A RESOLUTION. MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
EULESS, TEXAS:
THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of
the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, or
repeals (hereinafter called "changes") to Ordinance No. 347,
(Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in
Exhibit "A" attached and made a part of this resolution, the
Planning and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recommends
that such changes be APPROVED

by the City Council.
THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to
the. City Council, an-d shall constitute the report and recommendation
of the Planning and Zoning Commission.

THAT the zoning classification of the following described
property, now zoned R-1
be changed to R-5 w/CUD for Conforming Housing
The following described tract or parcel of land situated in the
Levi Franklin Survey, A-513, Tarrant County, Texas and being a
portion of a tract of land conveyed to William R. Riley by deed
recorded on Page 785 of Volume 4723 in the Tarrant County Deed
Records and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at an 'iron rod being 'by deed about East a distance of
50.0 feet, South a distance of 754.0 feet, and N 891 21' E a
distance of 99.03 feet from the Northwest corner of said Levi
Franklin Survey and being in the East right-of-way line of State
Highway No. 121 and F.M. Highway No. 157;
'THENCE N 890 21' E generally along a fence a distance of 10U7.47
feet to an old iron rod;
THENCE S 00 26, 15" E generally along a fence a distance of 377.2
feet to an old iron rod;
THENCE S 890 21' 35" W a distance of 1117.5 feet to an iron rod in
the East right-of-way line of said State Highway No. 121 and F.M.
Highway No. 157 and being on a curve having a radius of 2834.79 feet
whose center bears S 830 34' 40" E a distanceof 2834.79 feet;
THENCE Northeasterly along said curve and along the East right-of-way
line of said State Highway No. 121 and F.M. Highway No. 157 and
through a central.angle of 61 05' 11" a distance of 301.13 feet.
to a concrete Highway Department monument at the beginning of a
curve to the left having a radius of 11,689.16 feet whose center
bears N 770 29' 29" W a distance of 11,689.16 feet;
THENCE Northeasterly along said curve and along the East right-of-
way line of said State Highway No. 121 and F.M. Highway No.. 157
and through a central angle of 01' 24' 21" a distance• of 82.8 feet
to place.of beginning, containing 9.404 acres or 409,623 square
feet of land.
