RESOLUTION NO. 373
A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES IN ORDINANCE N0. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
BE I1' RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
EULESS, TEXAS:
THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of
the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, or
repeals (hereinafter called "changes") to Ordinance No. 347,
(Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in
Exhibit "A" attached and made a part of this resolution, the
Planning and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recommends
that such changes be DENIED

by the City Council.
THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to
the City Council, an.d shall constitute the report and recommendation
of the Planning and Zoning Commission.
ADOPTED this 5th day of April , 19 83 .

THAT the zoning classification of the following described
property, now zoned R-1
be changed to PD (0-lot line dwellings)
Being a tract or parcel of land, lying and situated in Euless,
Tarrant County, Texas, out of the B. F. Crowley Survey, A-320, and
more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin found at the Northwest corner of the Wood-
lands Addition as recorded in Vol. 388-140, Page 44, P.R.T.C.T., same
being the Southeast corner of a 14-acre tract conveyed to Manning
Grinnan, Trustee, as recorded in Vol. 5513, Page 84, Deed Records of
Tarrant County, Texas, and said point being South 00 03' West, a.dis-
tance of 1301.31 feet from the North boundary line of the B. F. Crow-
ley Survey;
THENCE, South 00 06' 50" West, along the West boundary line of the
Woodlands Addition, a distance of 660.86 feet to an iron pin found
at the Northeast corner of a tract conveyed to the Hurst -Euless -
Bedford Independent School District - Board of Trustees, by deed
recorded in Vol. 4919, Page 53, Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas;
THENCE, North 890 45' 09" West, along the North boundary line of said
Hurst -Euless -Bedford Independent School District - Board of Trustees
tract, a distance of 660.38 feet to an iron pin found at the Northwest
corner of said school tract;
THENCE, South 20 03' 20" East, a distance of 6.60 feet to an iron
pin found;
THENCE, North 890 39' 02" West, a distance of 630.19 feet to an iron
pin on the West right-of-way line of Main Street, an 80-foot right-
of-way;
THENCE, North 00 04' 00" East, along the East right-of-way line of
Main Street, a distance of 664.0 feet to an iron pin at the Southwest
corner of a tract conveyed to Harold L. Copher by deed recorded in
Volume 4152, Page 100, Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas;
THENCE, North 890 58' 41" East, along the South boundary line of said
Copher Tract, a distance of 523.44 feet to an iron pin found at his
Southeast corner, same being the Southwest corner of a tract conveyed
to Manning Grinnan, Trustee, by deed recorded in Vol. 3513, Page 984,
Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas;
THENCE, South 890 44' 36" East, along the South boundary line of said
Grinnan Tract, a distance of 767.42 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING,
and containing 19.65 acres of land, more or less.
