RESOLUTION NO. 376
A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
EULESS, TEXAS:
I.
THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of
the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, or
repeals (hereinafter called "changes") to Ordinance No. 347,
(Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in
Exhibit "A" attached and made a part of this resolution, the
Planning and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recommends
that such changes be Approved by the City Council.
II.
THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to
the City Council, an-d shall constitute the report and recommendation
of the Planning and Zoning Commission.
ADOPTED this 15th day of March 19 83 .

EXHIBIT "A"
THAT the zoning classification of the following described
property, now zoned R-l.
be changed to R-5 CUD for Conforming Housing
Being a tract of land situated in the R. Crowley Survey, Abstract
No. 312 of Tarrant County, Texas, and being in the City of Euless,
Texas, and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point lying on the north line of a 94.5 acre tract
as described in Volume 4099, Page 56 of the Tarrant County deed
records, said point being N 890 26' 00" E, 1572.50 feet from the
northwest corner of said 94.5 acre tract;
Thence, N 000 58, 00" W, 210.00 feet to a point;
Thence, N 890 26, 00" E, 1075.00 feet to a point;
Thence, S 00° 58, 00" E, 210.00 feet to a point lying in the
north line of the said 94.5 acre tract;
Thence, S 890 26' 00" W, 1075.00 feet along the north line of
the 94.5 acre tract to the POINT OF BEGINNING and
containing 5.1824 acres of land.
