RESOLUTION NO. 377
A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
EULESS, TEXAS:
THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of
the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, or
repeals (hereinafter called "changes") to Ordinance No. 347,
(Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in
Exhibit "A" attached and made a part of this resolution, the
Planning and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recommends
that such changes be APPROVED
II.
by the City Council.
THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to
the City Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation
of the Planning and Zoning Commission.
ADOPTED this 5th day of April 19 83 .

EXHIBIT "A"
THAT the zoning classification of the following described
property, now zoned R-1
be changed to C-2 & R-4

Being a tract or parcel of Land out of the Edward Taylor Survey, Abstract #1550,
situated in Tarrant County, Texas, and being described by metes and bounds as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the centerline of Glade Road (County Road �3036),
said point being the northeast corner of the tract herein described, and being the
northeast corner of a certain 10.68 Acre Tract of Land as described in Volume
2934, page 74, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas, and said point being by
deed description South 89° - 37' West 1079.4 feet from the northeast corner or'
said survey;
THENCE South 00' - 05' - 34" West along the east line of said 10.68 Acre Tract
at 20.0 feet passing a I" pipe in the south right-of-way line of said Glade Rood,
in all 249.06 feet to a point for the southeast corner of the tract herein described;
THENCE North 89' - 53' - 12" West a distance of 164.77 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE North 00' - 06' - 48" East a distance of 227.0 feet passing a 3/8" iron
pin in the south right-of-way line of said Glade Road, in all a distance of 250.0
feet to a point in the centerline of said Road for corner;
THENCE South 890 - 33' - 31" East along the centerline of said Road, 164'.68
feet to the point of beginning and containing 0.944 Acres of Land of which 0.081
Acres is within said Road, leaving a net acreage of 0.863 Acres of Land.

THENCE South 00° - 05' - 34" West along the east line of said 10.68 Acre Tract at
249.06 feet to a point, said point also being the point of beginning of the tract
herein described;
THENCE South 00° - 05' - 34" West along the east line of said 10.68 Acre Tract 1094.27
feet to a point for the southeast corner of the tract herein described, said point has
a 3/8" iron pin bearing South 00° - 05' - 34" West 0.20 feet -and said point being
in the north line of Block H, Cinnamon Ridge, Phases I and 2, an Addition to the City
of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas, as recorded in Volume 388-152, page 54, Deed
Records, Tarrant County, Texas;
THENCE South 890 - 31' - II" West along the north line of said Block H, 345.29
feet to a point for the• southwest corner of the tract herein described from which a
3/4" iron pin bears South 00° - 02' - 45" West 0.20 feet, said point being in the
west I ine of the said 10.68 Acre Tract;
THENCE North 00° - 02' - 45" East along the west line of the said 10.68 Acre Tract
and along a fence 600.78 feet to a 3/4" iron pin for corner;
THENCE North 890 - 19' - 13" East along a fence 180.84 feet to a 3/4" iron pin for
corner;
THENCE North 00° - 06' - 48" East at 491.58 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE South 890 - 53' - 12" East 164.77 feet to the point of beginning and contain-
ing 6.637 Acres of Land.
