HomeMy WebLinkAbout378 1983-04-05Z.C. #399 tLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 378 A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF EULESS, TEXAS: THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, or repeals (hereinafter called "changes") to Ordinance No. 347, (Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit "A" attached and made a part of this resolution, the Planning and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recommends that such changes be APPROVED by the City Council. II. THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the City Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission. C. ,l399 EXHIBIT "A" THAT the zoning classification of the following described property, now zoned 1-1 be changed to R-5 The following described tract or parcel of land situated in the Levi Franklin Survey, A-513, Tarrant County, Texas and being a portion of a 4.865 acre tract as recorded on Page 320 of Volume 7102 in the Tarrant County Deed Records and also being a portion of a 4.912 acre tract as recorded on Page 344 of Volume 7102 in the Tarrant County Deed Records and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a Bois d' arc stake at the Southeast corner of said 4.865 acre tract and also being the Northeast corner of a 18.169 acre tract as recorded on Page 400 of Volume 4854 in the Tarrant County Deed Records and also being by deed North a distance of 265.5 varas, East a distance of 91.4 feet, and N 89° 59' E a distance of 1114.3 feet from the Southwest corner of said Levi Franklin Survey; THENCE S 89' 59' W along the North line of said 18.169 acre tract a distance of 1038.02 feet; THENCE North a distance of 377.63 feet to the North line of said 4.912 acre tract; THENCE S 890 58' 55" E along the North line of said 4.912 acre tract a distance of 1040.06 feet to an iron rod at the Northeast corner of said 4.912 acre tract and being the Southeast corner of a 9.95 acre tract as recorded on Page 57 of Volume 6642 in the Tarrant County Deed Records; THENCE S 00 18' 35" W a distance of 377.0 feet to place of beginning, containing 9.0 acres of land more or less.
