RESOLUTION NO. 379
A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
EULESS, TEXAS:
THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of
the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, or
repeals (hereinafter called "changes") to Ordinance No. 347,
(Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in
Exhibit "A" attached and made a part of this resolution, the
Planning and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recommends
that such changes be APPROVED by the City Council.
II.
THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to
the City Council, an-d shall constitute the report and recommendation
of the Planning and Zoning Commission.
ADOPTED this 5th day of Apri 1 , 19 83 .

THAT the zoning classification of the following described
property, now zoned R-1
be changed to C-1 , C-2 & R-2

The following described tract or parcel of land situated in the
Edward Taylor Survey, A-1550, Tarrant County, Texas and being
more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING in the East line of North Main Street and being about
S 5° 15' W a distance of 9 varas, S 89° 30' E a distance of
9 varas, and S 50 15' W a distance of 200.0 feet from the
Northwest corner of said Edward Taylor Survey;
