RESOLUTION NO. 381
A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORil
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAINePROPOSED
CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, 'TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMPASSION OF
EULESS, TEXAS:
THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of
the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, or
repeals (hereinafter called "changes") to Ordinance No. 347,
(Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, 'Texas, as specified in
Exhibit "A" attached and made a part of this resolution, .the
Planning and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recommends
that such changes be APPROVED by the City Council.
II.
THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to
the City Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation
of the Planning and Zoning Commission.

THAT the zoning classification of the following; described
property, now zoned CUD (R-3)
be changed to R-3
BEING part of Tract 2, Ray Shelton Subdivision, an addition to the City of Euless,
Tarrant County, Texas, and being more particularly described as follows<
BEGINNING at an iron pin found for corner- in the north right—of—way line of Harwood
Road'(65" R.O.W.), said iron pin being south 890 23" 55"•west, 329.89 feet from an
iron pin found for the southwest corner of Harwood Townhomes, an addition to the
City of Euless, Texas, and recorded in Volume 388-129, Page 67 of the Deed Record"
of Tarrant County, Texas;
THENCE, south 890 48" 231" west, with said north line, a distance of 329.64 teet to
an iron pin set for corner;
THENCE, north, departing said north line, a distance of 605.75 feet to a point for
corner;
THENCE, north 890 52" 05" east, a distance of 329.78 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE, south 000 00" 47" west, a distance of 605.39 feet to the point of beginnir:,:
and containing 4.584 acres of land, more or less (199,622 square feet).
