RESOLUTION NO. 384
A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
EULESS, TEXAS:
I.
THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of
the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, or
repeals (hereinafter called "changes") to Ordinance No. 347,
(Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in
Exhibit "A" attached and made a part o . f this resolution, the
Planning and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recommends
that such changes be APPROVED

by the City Council,
THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to
the City Council, anal shall constitute the report and recommendation
of the Planning and Zoning Commission.

Being a tract or parcel of land siutated in the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas;'
and being part of the Solomon Huitt Survey, Abstract 705; and also being a part of a',
tract of land conveyed to Tarrant Land Company by E.L. Baker by deed filed August 14,
1951, in Volume 2342, Page 439; and also being part of a tract of land conveyed to
Tarrant Lane Company by W.J. Eden et ux by deed dated August 6, 1951, and recorded ins
