RESOLUTION N0. 385
A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE' PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
EULESS, TEXAS:
THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of
the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, or
repeals (hereinafter called "changes") to Ordinance No. 347,
(Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in
Exhibit "A" attached and made a part of this resolution, the
Planning and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recommends
that such changes be APPROVED by the City Council.
II.
THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to
the City Council, an.d shall constitute the report and recommendation
of the Planning and Zoning Commission.

THAT the zoning classification of the following described
property, now zoned R-1
be changed to C-1 & R-3
Field Notes of 1.0 acre of land out of Block 1, J. E. Whitener Estate,,in the
City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas, and being described by metes and bounds
as follows:
Beginning at a steel rod for the Northwest corner of Block 1, J.E. Whitener
Estate as recorded in Volume 388-J, page 139, Deed Records, Tarrant County,
Texas;
Thence East along the North line of said Block 1 and the South R.O.W. line of
Whitener Drive, 191.05 feet to a steel rod for corner;
Thence South 1 deg. 18 min. East, parallel to the West line of said Block i,
a distance of'228.0 feet to a steel rod for corner;
Thence West, parallel to the North line of said Block 1, a distance of 191.05
feet to a steel rod in the East R.O.W. line of South Main Street (County Road
3129);
Thence North 1 deg. 18 min. West along the West line of said Block 1 and the East
R.O.W. line of South Main Street 228.0 feet to the place of beginning and containing
1.0 acre of land, more or less.
